Liam McNiff - Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Liam McNiff is an Emmy Award-winning producer, a creative postproduction expert, and a graduate of Wesleyan University. He has over a decade of experience as a motion picture editor, more than half of which has been spent cutting unscripted network television. His feature film producing and editing debut, "Matt Shepard is a Friend of Mine,” was released theatrically in 35 markets, had its broadcast premiere on LogoTV, and is currently available worldwide in 20 languages on the Netflix platform. In addition to overseeing production on “Matt Shepard” and its theatrical release, Liam developed and managed the film’s long-term partnerships with a wide variety of organizations, including GLAAD, HRC, the Trevor Project, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the United States Department of State. A long-time resident of Los Angeles, Liam is originally from Massachusetts.
Linda Karn - Co-Founder & Managing Partner
A successful entrepreneur and a seasoned mentor, Linda spent the bulk of her career in the financial services industry. After selling her equity compliance firm to a Fortune 500 company in 2006 she left the financial services field to pursue ventures that touch her heart; her debut producing credit was the Emmy Award-winning documentary "Matt Shepard is a Friend of Mine.” Linda currently lives in Evanston, IL and has two children, Rachel and Eric.
Arleen McGlade - Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Arleen is a visionary producer and mentor who has played a vital role in cultivating the careers of a variety of filmmakers. Her producing credits include the Emmy Award-winning documentary "Matt Shepard is a Friend of Mine," "Maria My Love," "One Big Home,” and Damien Chazelle’s debut feature "Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench.” A frequent traveller and New Jersey native, Arleen can sometimes be found at her Chilmark home on Martha’s Vineyard or in the front row of a Pearl Jam show.
